Overview
Kevin W. Hall has been practicing in the field of Social Security disability, and related issues such as retirement benefits, worker's compensation offsets and overpayments, since 1991. He is admitted to all federal courts in Georgia, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an accredited attorney for the preparation and prosecution of claims for veteran's benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He has also been allowed to appear pro hac vice in Alabama federal courts. Mr. Hall represents clients in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi and regularly travel to hearings in these states. Mr. Hall graduated from Mercer University in 1987 and from Walter F. Georgia School of Law in 1990. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR) and the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates (NOVA) and the Georgia Trial Lawyer's Association.

Hired Attorney 2019-2020In my lifetime I have used the services of lawyers a few times, only to be disillusioned and less than happy with the experiences. Until I met Mr Kevin Hall at WMPH. I have been battling with the Social Security office for 6 years, since the death of my husband. It was exhausting and downright futile. Ten minutes into my first meeting with Mr Hall he was spotting errors. After a few phone calls and letters Social Security is agreeing with him! I kept getting stalled but he got almost immediate results even during the Covid 19 close down. All the while he kept in touch with me and assured me. Mr Hall and his staff (Victoria) always replied quickly to any questions I had. This world absolutely needs many more honest, ethical, knowledgeable and efficient lawyers like him. Not to mention kind. I will never trust SS again but I sure would trust Mr Kevin Hall! He is an answer to a prayer in a lawyer suit.
