Hired Law firm 2020Don't ever hire this firm!! Seems like they have a trend of overcharging their clients and misrepresentation. Guess I am not the only one. The only bully here is this firm. Acting like a typical politician. Do something unethical and dishonest then blame that person for what you just did. I guess that's why most of them are attorneys. The current administration should hire them. Not only do they rip off their clients, they lie about them. Obviously they are still up to their old tricks of over billing. Just look at the other reviews and the one just four days ago. Only proof you have is an American citizen exercising his first amendment rights! If you feel so strongly about violating that right, and ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEGE, and the actual truth coming out, please come forth and attempt to do that. This firm is just proving what I have stated on here. What kind of firm threatens a former client because he is exposing them for what they are. If they put in half the effort on my case than what they are attempting to shut me up, they would actually be decent attorneys and not the butt of all the jokes about them. Unlike your lies I actually have proof. I guess I need to revisit my constitutional rights on this tyrant. WE THE PEOPLE are tired of tyrants attempting to control us and destroy the very document that made this country great! You threatened the wrong person!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
