Consulted Attorney 2023-2024Hi Judge Lisa Cataldo My name is Corina Kahookaulana and my son is Raven Carlsmith. My son was in a injustified illegal arrest due to a Quit claim deed he had in possession before the plaintiff involving Likolehua holdings LLC, Sean Genella, Mrs. Ahia and Keoni Schulz. You Granted the thieves all rights to the land. They did not email or notify us about any court date information after you granted them the land. Ravens court date for his arrest is Sept 26,2024. @9am in Wahiawa. The police officers and KT security David Fuga went and got Raven his dad arrested for tresspass, due to corruption. How is that legal?! How can a Kanaka mauoli get arrested all his & his fathers personal possessions destroyed after he was held in jail for 2-4hours.. How can a corrupt Relator corrupt lawyer and fake owners own land that they don’t have any legal right to?They are going around Hawaii and stealing Hawaiians land illegally using quit claims deeds and selling it for profit. Keoni Schulz should’ve been removed from the case due to conflict of interest. He represented Ravens Aunty Marcella Lehrer on the Big Island for another case! So how is that justified?! It seems like corruption!!!!I hope you reinstate that final judgement and don’t let them steal it! They are going to sell it for 100 million to build residential homes on native land that was owned by Princess Victoria Kamamalu. It is prehistoric land that was used for farming Kalo and certain types of fish in the ponds for the princess. Puu my great grand relative was the caretaker of the Aina for Princess Kamamalu. There are native petroglyphs and other native burial sites that was recorded by the state department that allows recording of burial sites. . So, I do pray that you reinstate that judgement and do not grant them the possession of the land. Mahalo nui loa Corina Kahookaulana

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
