Hired Attorney 2021-2022Mr. Storment was hired in Sept of 2021 and provided all the information needed to file a counterclaim. Our first court date was January 2022 but just a day before court, the date was changed to April. Mr. Storment didn’t file the counterclaim until MARCH. Has the court date not been pushed back, it wouldn’t have been filed in time. Even though the opposing attorney emailed Mr. Storment, Mr. Storment used an outdated email in responding (7 years outdated). The judge and opposing attorney both expressed their concern over his lack of professionalism and preparedness. It was an awful experience and I just don’t want anyone else to experience what we dealt with—-the ONLY thing Mr. Storment did was check my check and embarrass me in court.

Hired Attorney 2021-2022The only thing he will do—-is cash your check. He failed to file proper parer work in court. What he did file has many errors—wrong dates, poor spelling. He didn’t file a counterclaims for SIX months because “he just didn’t get to it”. Incompetent, unorganized, unprofessional—-don’t waste your money!
