Hired Attorney Craig J. Squillace 2023-2025Craig Squillace was a great attorney to work with. He followed through with anything he said and did and kept us well informed so we could get the very best outcome for our situation. He was professional , caring, and very empathetic about our case.

Hired Law firm 2023-2025We were directed to Clifford Law after an accident my father-in-law had. Craig Squillace was assigned our case and we could not be happier about the outcome. From start to finish he kept us informed, communicated as promised, and was compassionate about our situation. We highly recommend Clifford Law and Craig Squillace and Team.

Hired Law firm 2023-2025Clifford Law, and my lawyer Craig J. Squillace were phenomenal. I was hit by a car as a pedestrian and badly hurt. I had no idea how I would deal with the medical expenses and some of my injuries were long lasting. Craig took my case and he and the firm did a great job of walking me through the process, keeping me informed along the way and handling my case very strategically. I was very happy with the outcome, it could not have gone better. I would recommend Clifford Law to anyone who has been hurt in anyway and needs representation.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
