Hired Attorney 2024This man a big scam. He don't do anything on your case but ask you for money and telling you he will do things but never do it. Please beware he is a scam he will take your money. I'm trying to get my money back for my bank right now at this moment.

Hired Attorney 2022-2023Do no use this guy for family law! He does not know what he is doing and doesn’t work for you. He goes along with whatever the opposing attorney says.

Hired Attorney 2020The other reviews I have seen here and at other webpages are shocking--and, in my opinion, should be viewed with a critical mind. I think the same person is writing these negative reviews because I received nothing but the utmost professionalism from Mr. Boyle. He not only did a fantastic job for me in my case itself, but his communication skills were always excellent. He always responded to my inquiries and called/texted me back whenever I requested to speak with him. In our discussions, Mr. Boyle even addressed some of these negative remarks. He told me the pragmatic reasons that some former clients apparently took exception to Mr. Boyle and his services, and also explained some of the potential legal matters and how they would have to be resolved properly. From what I gathered, many of these clients were either impatient, could not afford the service, testified improperly at their hearing (even after thorough preparation), or any combination of these three factors. After hiring Mr. Boyle, when we went to hearing for my driver's license reinstatement, all of my paperwork was finally correct. I was finally able to understand such a complicated process. And ultimately, I did what I was required of me (remembering my evaluation responses, understanding the questions that would be asked and how to respond, and knowing how to carry myself throughout). I was granted driving relief, a full reinstatement of my driving privileges, after one hearing. Mr. Boyle and I prepared for several hours beforehand. I knew exactly what to expect. And I would not just describe Mr. Boyle as being competent in his practice, but would go even further and say that he is a superb and highly-skilled attorney. I would caution against drawing any conclusion about Mr. Boyle and his capabilities just because some former client(s) of his are disgruntled for whatever reason I would suspect that most, if not all attorneys, deal with things like this from time to time. It is not true just because somebody writes about an attorney on a platform that does not even provide them the opportunity to respond, or otherwise defend themselves against somebody's allegations. I give Mr. Boyle a 5/5 because he told me the project would get done, that I would have full driving privileges again, and that's what Mr. Boyle did. I cannot blame my attorney simply because I made several mistakes in the past that cost me my driving privileges. I am the one that had to be patient. I suspect that the former client(s) that wrote negative reviews about Mr. Boyle are looking to shift blame instead of owning up to their own mistakes. I do believe that Mr. Boyle has the type of personality that is very straightforward and blunt with his clients about matters. I know that Mr. Boyle was very upfront with me about what needed to be done. He was also upfront about the consequences of not doing my part, which would end up costing me more money in recurrent legal fees, in acquiring another evaluation, and the time needed to take off work for attending any subsequent hearings necessary. As I stated previously, do not believe something just because a random person wrote it about Mr. Boyle. He is a man of his word, and he got the job done precisely how he said he would. I would definitely recommend him to family/friends.

Hired Attorney 2021I wish NEGATIVE 10 stars were an option! This is a scam artist, a slick fast-talker at his finest. He does not have a team of lawyers as he claims. He asked for fees several times with no resolution to my case. Excuses for not providing me services were unlimited (car accidents, moving out of his home, moving out of his office, other cases, issues with his wife, etc...). To my surprise when I called to check on the status of my case, my phone numbers were blocked (work number & Cellular). Essentially, he STOLE $2100.00 from me!! PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS SHADY ATTORNEY.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
