I contacted this law firm and they made the whole process easy for me. I was really stressed about the situation and once I contacted this firm I was so relieved. I would recommend this firm to anyone and have recommended it to all my friends and family. I?m thankful I decided on this firm and will most definitely contact again if necessary. RW

Consulted Law firm 2024My personal information was compromised last year by an employee who works for a company. I was recommended to Ms Wells by another attorney in whom I forget his name but I'm so happy he thought enough to send me her way. He was also patient and understanding of the issues I was facing but couldn't help as he was a Bankruptcy Attorney, not a Consumer Attorney as I needed. I spoke to Ms Wells about the situations but until accounts showed as Negative on my credit reports or causing harm, unfortunately there's nothing that could be done. Ms Wells was patient to hear my pleas and made me very comfortable speaking with her & her team. I asked if I were to face potential problems in the future could I reach out to her. She assured me I could as I don't feel I could've found someone who's not only more professional, but also kind & inviting to make a possible client as myself want to give her my business. I trust her judgement & would feel that if I were to hire & she accepts, I'd make absolutely no mistake. I really appreciate her & I'd surely, without a doubt, highly recommend her law firm to family & friends. If you or someone you know that may be in need of her expertise advice and may feel there's no hope, please don't hesitate to contact her. If I felt so comfortable speaking to her after "1" phone call & would hire her in a instant without any doubt.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
