Hired Attorney 2024-2026WARNING! DO NOT GO TO ZUKOWSKI, ROGERS, FLOOD, & MCCARDLE & their Attorney GREGORY BARRY! Gregory Barry is an attorney at ZUKOWSKI, ROGERS, FLOOD, & MCCARDLE and has been representing me in the handling of my mothers family will after she died in 2024. Gregory Barry did not respond to multiple formal legal requests from the attorneys of the beneficiaries who were also represented in my mothers will. Gregory Barry ignored many calls and emails regarding those formal legal requests from the beneficiaries and their attorneys. This put me in a situation where I will be sued by multiple parties due to his negligence and incompetence. I see why Gregory has trouble bringing in new clients and business. He does not give credible legal advice. He does this in order to take advantage of his clients. It seems Gregory Barry's goal is to be so unprofessional, unresponsive, and incompetent that his clients get sued. This, then, allows Gregory to swindle more money from his clients in legal fees. Perhaps Gregory taking advantage of his clients is the reason he has trouble acquiring new ones. AVOID Gregory Barry as an attorney. He will take advantage of you, and he does not give proper/acceptable legal representation. I assume Gregory Barry's law firm Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle are trying to rip off their clients in the same way as Gregory Barry has done to me and my family. Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle and their lawyers are ruining my life due to their poor legal advice and representation.

Hired Attorney 2024-2026I am a veteran and I work for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This has been the most unprofessional legal experience I have encountered. Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle and attorney Gregory Barry have been responsible for administering my deceased grandparents’ trust. Over the past two years, there have been repeated and concerning issues that raise serious questions about professionalism and competence. On multiple occasions, Mr. Barry has sent correspondence addressed to the wrong individuals, including documents containing sensitive personal information about beneficiaries and trust matters. This kind of error is not only careless but also a significant breach of privacy. In addition, despite formal legal requests made through counsel over the course of two years, Mr. Barry has failed to provide basic transparency regarding the trust’s assets, distributions, and financial activity. These requests have gone unanswered, leaving beneficiaries without clarity on the status of the trust or how funds have been managed. Communication has been consistently poor. Mr. Barry has been unresponsive, dismissive, and at times openly rude, even when addressing legitimate legal inquiries. I strongly advise others to avoid Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle and attorney Gregory Barry based on serious concerns regarding their integrity, professionalism, and overall competence.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
