Dan represents companies in a variety of business matters, including stock and asset acquisitions and general corporate matters. Matters on which Dan provides advice include mergers and acquisitions, start-up organization and development, contracts, corporate governance, partnership and stockholder agreements, and regulatory compliance.

His prior experience as general counsel for a national staffing company gives him a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges facing businesses and employers. Dan also spent nearly a decade forming and operating a security integration company serving a wide variety of clients, including businesses, school districts, and local governments.
