Hired Attorney 2024Do not use him. 1. Never filed his appearance to case, never relayed info to case to me, never discuss order before signing them, never was on time to court, never researched my case and never intended on winning my case.

Hired Attorney 2019-2020Joel represented me on an OP case in 2019. He was not familiar with the law on multiple occasions and was not prepared in court. He failed to bring in a witness telling me he didn't have time although I gave him the name and phone number. He failed to subpoena documents needed as I requested. While questioning a witness, he failed to identify discrepancies. He misspoke often, struggled with names, and did not know what the word "hear say" meant. He also lost a thumb drive that was to be given to me. He is very disorganized.
