At O’Flaherty Law in Downers Grove, Illinois, we take a personal approach to family legal issues. The team at our family law firm understands that individuals dealing with divorce, child custody, child support, paternity or other related issues need both a legal advocate and a support system. We serve as both. Should a client decide that, after the free initial consultation, we are a great fit for him or her, founding attorney Kevin O'Flaherty will remain actively involved throughout the entire process and ensure that the lawyer assigned to the case handles it with nothing short of excellence.
The five attorneys at our law firm bring together varying areas of experience, allowing us to provide clients with knowledgeable representation in several areas of law. Types of cases we can competently handle include the following:

Whether individuals retain our services or not, we want to help them navigate their legal issues as best as we can. To help them do so, we host the LearnAboutLaw podcast, a platform that brings legal news and information directly to the public.
O'Flaherty Law is a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

Hired Law firm 2024Horrible experience. They just ran up the billable hours while not fulfilling my requests. They sent important information via an old email address which I had told them month prior I did not want then to use. Then they withdrew from the case because I failed to respond. Do not waste your time and definitely not your money dealing with these crooks. I plan to file a complaint with the Bar association.

Hired Law firm 2022Get out your checkbook for this firm. They charge excessive fees and do not respond to questions regarding the fees. They actually billed me for the billing department to email me and they assessed a finance fee while I was trying to communicate with them. The representation served its purpose and I am happy with the results, just never dreamed the fees would be so high. I highly recommend you find another firm for your legal needs.
