How do you explain a charge of almost $12,000 from an attorney who left a terrible mess for the client to deal with from improper filings, lack of preparation for hearings, errors in drafted orders etc etc etc? Couldn't resolve issues he was engaged for. So much mess; yet, he felt entitled to amounts in his billing-padded invoice! What's worse? LSR billed me at his hourly rate for work completed by his associate and then forged ahead to charge me almost $1500 for other work he claimed was "towards refiling" a petition he had botched! Guess what?! I NEVER saw a draft of that petition. And when I complained about that and all the shady dealings, he decided to withdraw from my case and quickly filed a petition for attorney fees against me. Zero accountability and lack of conscience! I see on Facebook that he claims to represent folks whose native language is not English. Of course, that makes it easy for him to prey. But I could not be preyed on! I wasn't willing for him to charge me for a brand new Lamborghini when all he delivered was a used Kia with faulty engine!. LSR will intimidate you with the legal system because of course, he thinks he has the upper hand against his clients in court. But like I let him know, what goes around comes around. You harvest the fruits of the seed you sow, good or bad! I'm putting this out here in case there might be other folks LSR has done this to, so they know they're not alone. Do not allow yourself be taken advantage of or silenced!
