Ashley Dworsky received his law degrees from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. Prior to his arrival to the United States, Ashley served as an Advocate (Barrister) to the High Court of South Africa.
While practicing as an Advocate, Ashley successfully argued cases in both the High Courts in South Africa and the South African Constitutional Court; a number of cases he successfully argued were reported in the South African law reports.
Due to Ashley’s impressive accomplishments, he received a Green Card based on the EB-1 category of Extraordinary Ability and came to the United States. He has been admitted to the State Bars of Illinois and New York, the United States Federal Court, Northern District of Illinois, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the South African Bar and the United States Supreme Court.
