Jeffrey Scott Kulinsky graduated Magna Cum Laude, in 2008 from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan with a Juris Doctorate degree. His undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree was obtained Cum Laude in Computer Information Science from West Virginia Wesleyan. Jeffrey joined Lois Kulinsky & Associates, Ltd. first as a paralegal and then as an associate attorney with the firm. Jeffrey is currently a member of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, American Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association. He has interned for Judge Jeffrey Lawrence in the Circuit Court of Cook County and a Chicago-based family law firm. He is a member of the Lake County Bar Association. Jeffrey primarily practices in family law, probate, guardianship, disabled estates and estate planning. He is also trained in divorce mediation, and acts as a guardian ad litem in guardianship and disabled estate cases in the Lake County court system.
