Anne Curry is a partner at Mallor Grodner Plummer and a Board Certified Indiana Estate and Trust Lawyer, as certified by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. She has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. She also practices in the area of non-profit formation and income, estate, fiduciary income taxation, and is a registered civil mediator. Anne meets with clients in both the Indianapolis and Bloomington offices.
Anne also focuses her practice on special needs planning for children and adults with disabilities to enhance the quality of life for those affected by disability and provide peace of mind for families that the needs of their loved one will be met. This planning includes establishment of third-party or self-settled special needs trusts and guardianships for adults with special needs. Anne is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and has served as Chair of the Estate Planning and Administration Section. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Trust and Estate Specialty Board and is a member of the Probate Code Review Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association. Anne is also a Board Member for the Indiana University Health Foundation Planned Giving Council.

Verified ClientHired Attorney 2015-2023I have never given a review of anyone for a service provided to me, good or bad. I am making an exception this time because I feel so strongly about the service Anne has provided to me, I must speak up. When an estate attorney was necessary for me, Anne Curry was brought in by a very well respected, seasoned and successful attorney who also represented me. Anne exceeded all of my expectations as an attorney and a human being. Her response time is quick, her ability to see the big picture of a case and make recommendations that are in her clients’ best interest rather than running up her fees. She is compassionate, fair, honest, of high integrity and all around one of the most virtuous humans I have ever known. An attorney who inspires you to be your best person because of the person she is and the way she lives her life, is rare if not unheard, for an attorney. She is smart, hard working, empathetic and an effective leader. As the result of meeting her and getting to know her through her representation of me, I consider Anne Curry to be a dear, close friend. It all started 8 years ago with litigation and I would consider myself blessed to keep her as a friend for the rest of my days.

Hired Attorney 2021I can not describe in words how much I would NOT recommend Ann. I have never written a google review before, and am simply writing this to (hopefully) give others a chance to find someone else to represent them in ANY legal situation. Also, honestly, I am spiteful and hope I never encounter another “Ann”. I am now having to hire another lawyer to undo what she has done. She was hired by my fathers mentally-ill and ex-communicated ex-wife….to REDO HIS WILL. All of the paperwork Ann drew up states them as HUSBAND AND WIFE, without asking for proof. My father CLEARLY has dimentia. I later learned Ann was doing a favor for friends of the church they all attend. There was already a will of 5+ years put into place. Involving POA’s, Bankers and other attorneys. Who were disgusted to hear of Ann’s practices. Ann brought a long-time-lawyer-friend of my fathers (shout-out David B!) when he had to sign the documents in the hospital while he was incoherent and on heavy drugs. This friend/attorney (who was not with her firm), convinced my mentally-ill father to sign them. I no longer trust lawyers, thanks Ann! PS Prepare to listen to her child scream in the background of any calls!
