Attorney Information
Overview
Drake loves the law. He graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2017. After passing the bar, Drake opened his own law practice and was fortunate enough to gain courtroom experience as a contract attorney with the Marion County Public Defender Agency, where Drake represented clients in both Civil Commitment and Title IV-D hearings.
Drake’s practice also includes family (custody, divorce, child support) litigation, CHINS matters, criminal defense, small estate, and personal injury cases. One of Drake’s fondest memories as an attorney to date was successfully representing a minor victim against a local school district and teacher.
