Hired Law firm 2021I had a legal dispute over a real estate contract. Just prior to closing, the other party tried to change the contract and threatened to sue if I did not proceed with the new terms. I hired Ed Smid to represent me, and in the end, the opposing party stopped threats of a lawsuit and ultimately closed under the original terms of the contract.
