From our Fishers, Indiana, office, Hensley Legal Group, PC, works with individuals and families who are dealing with the aftermath of serious injuries. We understand that accidents often bring sudden disruption – medical concerns, financial strain and uncertainty about what the next few months may look like.

Our attorneys represent individuals injured in a wide range of incidents. Motor vehicle accidents, including those involving commercial trucks or motorcycles, are among the most common. In addition, we assist clients pursuing workers’ compensation benefits and Social Security Disability claims.
Behind every case is a team working together. Attorneys collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather information, review evidence and maintain communication with the people we represent.
