Hensley Legal Group, PC in Indianapolis, focuses on one goal: helping people regain stability after serious injuries disrupt their lives. We work with individuals and families throughout Indiana who are navigating the physical, emotional and financial challenges that often follow an accident.
A collision on the road or an injury at work can create immediate uncertainty. Medical appointments, time away from work and the stress of dealing with insurance companies quickly become overwhelming. Our job is to take on the legal responsibilities so our clients can concentrate on healing and moving forward.
Over the years, we have represented people involved in many different types of injury cases, including car and semi-truck crashes, motorcycle accidents, construction incidents, and slip-and-fall injuries. We also handle matters involving medical malpractice, dangerous drugs or devices, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and Social Security Disability claims. Each case is different, and we approach it with careful attention to the details that matter most to the person we represent.
Our team structure allows us to provide thoughtful support at every stage of a case. From the moment someone contacts us, they connect with professionals who listen carefully, answer questions and explain the next steps in clear terms. When needed, our field investigators can travel throughout Indiana to meet clients in person and review documents together.
Outside of our legal work, we remain closely involved with our community. Through initiatives such as school supply drives, adoptable animal sponsorships and partnerships with organizations like the Indianapolis Colts, we aim to give back in meaningful ways.
For more than two decades, we have remained dedicated to helping injured individuals rebuild their lives. In addition to this office, we operate eight other locations across Indiana.
