Consulted Law firm 2024When an attorney sets up an appointment for a consult and accepts the case a couple weeks ago but then the day before decides they are not the right people to represent you is just bad business. This wasted a couple weeks of my time and did not even have a real reason to give. Avoid at all cost.

Consulted Law firm 2023Anyone who watched Ann Delaney on "This Week in Indiana Politics" or whatever it was called, on WFYI, would know better than to approach this bunch. Very cranky woman. PLUS they hired the disgraced former HHC director (read the IndyStar series). Nevertheless, I took a stab at it. Was told $650 consulting fee. I winced & said OK. Didn't get a reply to my inquiry, so I sent the daughter-partner a reminder, mentioning the consulting fee by way of saying hey you're not cheap, what's the problem there. She replied "we don't offer free consultations" - didn't even understand the sentence i wrote. Bad trait for an attorney, imho.

Hired Law firm 2017-2019This firm and their attorney seems to think they can just leave a client high and dry. Kathleen Delaney, Delaney & Delaney caused problems for us with our case. they were not owed and money and started to abandon the case, while we were dealing with a child suffering from a terminal illness. My opinion, horrible representation, cannot be trusted. Feels like malpractice. Absolutely disgusted by the tactics of this law firm.
