Overview
Bradley Wilson is a partner and litigation attorney at Wilson Melton, LLC, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has fought long and hard for nearly 25 years in and out of court for employees who have experienced unlawful wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. Bradley founded his law firm, along with Shannon Melton, because of his passion for civil rights and justice on behalf of employees. He has represented nearly 1,000 employees in legal matters with their employers.
Bradley is a member of the bars of Indiana, Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Bradley has predominantly represented former and current employees in all aspects of employment law, including claims for wrongful discharge, unpaid wages, overtime violations, and employment discrimination and retaliation, before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He has also served as lead counsel on behalf of employees in multiple class and collective actions alleging sex discrimination, unpaid wages, and unpaid overtime under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Indiana Wage Statute.
Bradley has a unique perspective in disputes between employees and employers. He practiced for a few years at an Indianapolis law firm where he represented companies in employment matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies as well as advised management professionals in making personnel decisions and in ensuring that their policies were compliant with federal and state employment laws. In short, Bradley has been on both sides of the aisle and has a perspective on how employers generally think.
Bradley is a magna cum laude graduate of Ball State University and a summa cum laude graduate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
