Dan opened his law firm in 1990 with the idea that everyone deserves a good lawyer and those whose freedom is at stake, deserve the best lawyer. Practicing criminal defense exclusively since the firm was founded, Dan has acted as lead defense counsel in over 4,000 criminal cases. His experience includes defending persons charged with serious crimes like murder and robbery and misdemeanor crimes like drunk driving and minor drug offenses. Dan has practiced all over Indiana in our State Trial Courts, the Indiana Appellate Courts and before the Indiana Supreme Court. Dan has served as Judge pro temp or special Judge in multiple counties and has presided as Judge over cases as serious as murder and as common as possession of marijuana and driving while suspended.
