We selected the Law Office of Danielle Gregory when we decided to adopt our foster child to simply do the required DCS paperwork. Unfortunately what was supposed to be a routine process turned into a "whole situation!". FORTUNATELY we had made our connection with this consummate legal professional, who's command of Indiana's family/adoption laws helped us navigate the contested adoption roller-coaster. Mrs. Gregory is a forthright, conscientious, prepared, and present Attorney. Simply put - what was once the 2 of us, is now the 3 of us. Thanks, Danielle!

Ms. Danielle and Ms. Nikki were beyond excellent! Their personal and customer service is impeccable. I recently adopted my 3 grandchildren, Ms. Danielle made the process easy and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for being a GOAT! My adoption was completed on 7/10/2024, I would recommend Ms. Danielle?s law firm to all my family and friends.

Going through a divorce is never easy; Attorney Gregory helped make it easier for me. She was truthful about the process and compassionate with my feelings. She gave great advice. I'll be forever grateful for how she treated me throughout this past year. Looking forward to what life has next for me and my daughter. Thank you Attorney Gregory

Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
