Overview

LEJS KRIVIC began as a law clerk in 2025 before joining the firm as an Associate in 2026, concentrating his practice on utility law, business law, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Krivic graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in December 2025 on a full scholarship, with his bar exam score placing him among the top 100 test-takers in the nation.

During law school, Mr. Krivic earned a Graduate Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law and served as an Associate Editor of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. Mr. Krivic also worked as a legal extern in numerous positions, including Cummins Inc.’s in-house counsel team, and was awarded the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence for pro bono work completed throughout law school.

Before attending law school, Mr. Krivic graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and Minors in Geography and Anthropology, receiving both the Florida Bright Futures and Machen Florida Opportunity Scholarships. While there, Mr. Krivic was a member of the First-Generation Lawyers Society and was published in Volume 19 of Alpata: A Journal of History.

Mr. Krivic also completed six years of service with the Army National Guard as a Paralegal Specialist, and later as a Paralegal NCO in command of a Battalion Legal Office. While serving, Mr. Krivic was named as his Battalion’s 2025 NCO of the year and has received numerous awards, including the Humanitarian Service Medal and the Army Commendation Medal.

Mr. Krivic is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the Federal District Court for both the Northern District of Indiana and the Southern District of Indiana.
