We are an Indiana law firm whose injury attorneys have over 75 combined years of experience fighting for the rights of injured citizens. Our injury attorneys have vast experience handling serious personal injury and wrongful death claims, including injuries resulting from automobile and trucking accidents, brain and spinal cord injuries, medical malpractice, and injuries caused by defective products.
The firm was founded in 1899 and for the past 40 years has developed a practice that concentrates in personal injury law. Pete Obremskey, Paul Kruse and Tony Patterson lead the firm's personal injury group. Each of these attorneys has extensive experience representing injury victims and wrongful death survivors.
Our firm currently serves a wide variety of clients and provides a broad range of legal services throughout Indiana and the United States from both Lebanon and Indianapolis offices.
