Overview

Meghan grew up on Long Island, NY. Following her graduation from Hofstra University, she moved to Indiana to attend law school at Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. After experiencing Hoosier Hospitality first hand, Meghan decided to make Indiana her home and has been practicing law here since 2005.

With a focus on employment law and civil rights. Meghan represents employees in cases concerning Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, wage claims, and Due Process and First Amendment violations. She’s a frequent contributing author and has presented continuing legal education seminars and presentations in employment law and discrimination.

Meghan has over 19 years of experience representing employees in Federal Court, as well as federal administrative agencies like the EEOC and MSPB, and state agencies like SEAC. In addition to the federal courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Meghan is also admitted to the Seventh Court of Appeals. She’s successfully briefed and presented oral arguments on behalf of clients in the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Meghan is active in the Indianapolis Bar Association where she serves on the Executive Committees for the Solo/Small Firm Division (current Chair) and the Labor and Employment Section (past Chair). She is also a member of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation who recently awarded her the recognition of Distingished Fellow, as well as, NELA – the National Employment Lawyers Association. Since 2023, Meghan has held the distinction of Super Lawyer.

When she is not working, Meghan is dedicated to giving back to her community and regularly volunteers at Gleanors Food Bank and recently had an opportunity to help out during the Indy 500 Kids Day. She lives in Fishers with her husband and 2 sons who keep her busy shuttling them around to baseball and drum practice. Some of Meghan’s favorite things to do are vacation with her family, especially cruising, watch the Yankees, volunteer at her kids’ schools, and attend local sporting events.
