Overview

Pat has a diverse range of experience in numerous areas of law. Currently, Pat focuses on Appellate law, Government law, and Mediation. Pat has represented clients in cases involving personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and complex litigation issues. Pat has provided assistance to clients at all levels of the litigation process from pretrial proceedings to Supreme Court appeals.

Pat is certified as a Civil Mediator and a Family Law Mediator and enjoys assisting parties reach mutually beneficial outcomes. Pat assists clients with Appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court in cases involving complex litigation issues, criminal issues, and family law issues. Pat has represented clients on appeal at the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and in opposition to Certiorari at the Untied State’s Supreme Court. For several years, Pat has represented Jefferson County and Switzerland County as well as several other government entities. Pat has provided legal advice to local government clients at almost all levels and has represented local government clients in complex litigation issues.
