Lies about the law to his senior clients to completely remove their ability and RIGHT to have advocates present in the room. Refuses to fix spelling errors he made on legal documents after his payment has gone through. Loses his temper when questioned in the slightest, after he has recieved full payment. Is predatory towards seniors lying about their right to have advocates present in the room, claiming any 3rd party present is illegal in Indiana. It is not and it is illegal and unethical to lie to your client about the law and their right to have advocates present. Uses the isolation he has created with seniors through lies about the law to twist their wishes to his liking. Will scream at you in front of his interns if you point out a spelling error he made on legal documents. Refuses to fix spelling errors on legal documents after he has been paid for them. He is predatory and uses twisting the law to get vulnerable clients alone, telling them it is illegal for a 3rd party to be present. It is not. Insists that if the client wants to use their RIGHT to a 3rd party advocate, they will have to go to a different lawyer, after he has recieved his full payment for incorrect legal documents. I will be filing complaints with the BBB, The Supreme Court of Indiana Disiplinary Commission as well as AARP and other senior advocate groups to warn against his predatory behavior. I hope he looses his license. He doesn't deserve one, he is a predator.

Hired Attorney Laura B. Frost 2019
Laura Frost is the worst lawyer. Laura Frost pretends she knows the law and what she’s doing- don’t use her for real estate closings- She only cares about getting paid- not the best interest of her client. Don’t be fooled by her, we got screwed over at our closing because she’s clueless and doesn’t care about her clients best interest.. only getting paid.. she’s a fake and cold, and most importantly- her incompetence cost us money(damages) that we are going to report her to ARDC and file malpractice lawsuit against her. There are so many lawyers in Indiana- don’t risk your closing with her because when she screws you over, like she did us, She hides and doesn’t do anything to make it right. No one deserves the stress she brings you as your lawyer.. I wonder how many people before us.. she screwed over .. That’s why I’m writing this, so you don’t waste your good money on a dishonest incompetent lawyer, that creates your closing documents and then doesn’t follow them at all to your best interest at.. or even understand the documents. Thanks

When viewing a listing, consider the state advertising restrictions to which lawyers and law firms must adhere, as well as our FindLaw.com Legal Directory disclaimer. Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
