Hired Law firm 2001-2021God first led me to this law firm many years ago and used Mr. Lantz so that my then 6 month old daughter could live with me until she decided to go live with her mother at the age of 15. More recently Susan Sparks and Carol Lambring helped me in an auto accident case. They worked urgently and settled my case for the maximum amount in record time without even having to go to court. I cannot express how thankful I am that this law firm, and the people that have been there to help me with these issues at a great rate. You see they don't spend big money on advertising so their clients in turn save money. I appreciate that! I am currently working with Greg Morin on an estate case and expect the same professional response and success from him as well. Susan Sparks recently referred me to another awesome attorney and I cannot wait until that case is resolved so that I might share some great results from her. No matter my needs they have been very successful for me. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE!!!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
