    Hired Attorney 2023
Angela Bullock represented me in a criminal matter in the past. I had an alleged victim that had both relatives and family friends within the entire court system I was being sentenced in. i was arrested my by victim's cousin he was at the time a deputy state police officer. The prosecutor assinged to my case is a family friend of my victim and her family. My victims uncle is a retired judge in the very court I was being charged in. So you can guarantee her had a favor done by his former co-workers/ Friends I brought concerns to Angela several times that the county is very small and her entire family and there friends are within the entire legal system that I would not stand a fair trial or sentencing in that country literally my chance was 0% and my arrest and conviction was a 100% guarantee. That being said used a chirp phone that you can rent from the jail threw combine public communications so I have records. I asked her if at all this was a conflict in any way she told me No. I was sent to prison needless to say no evidence just allegation that I made a threat with a gun. I allowed the police to search the home no gun found again just a allegation. I am in the process of complaint with the Indiana bar disciplinary commission. She is by far the worst attorney if ever had experience with. During the process of contacting different attorneys and clerks to obtain the information I needed to report her I did not hear anything good about her from them either. Please I beg you do not let her represent you or your loved one. You will have a very bad experience with her service to you or your loved one.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
