Overview
Nelson Law Group LLC's focus is on helping small and medium sized business owners, property owners, and local government entities effectively and efficiently respond to environmental contamination issues at and near their property or business. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants with an emphasis on finding creative ways to solve our clients’ problems.
Nelson Law Group LLC practices in state and federal courts as well as before the Indiana Department of Environmental Management ("IDEM") and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources ("DNR") and their respective administrative appeals processes.
Nelson Law Group LLC also represents clients in their pursuit of insurance coverage resources where appropriate for those environmental problems, including lawsuits against insurers where necessary. Such insurance recovery is an important part of funding the investigation and remediation of environmental contamination for many.
Through our efficient and effective representation of clients and our mulitple methods of client payment we will serve as broad and diverse of a client base as possible, making our services available to all businesses and local governments and those who do not otherwise believe they can afford experienced legal counsel.
