Overview

Gina was born and raised in northwest, Iowa and attended Augustana University in Sioux Fallas, SD. She graduated in 2005 with a B.A. in Government/International Affairs and a minor in Communication. While at Augustana University she was privileged enough to intern for Senator Charles E. Grassley in Washington D.C. After graduating from Augustana she earned her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University in 2010. While there she worked at the Michigan Attorney General's office in the Consumer Protection Division. After graduation she returned to Iowa to be nearer to her family.

Since 2011 when admitted to practice, Gina has been a member of the Iowa State Bar Association as well as the Southern District of Iowa in federal court. She currently practices throughout central Iowa litigating family, juvenile, probate, and administrative law cases. Gina is able to counsel clients from the outset of the case through the appeals. She understands and explains the emotional stress and collateral consequences that litigation involves. Gina is also trained as a mediator and parenting coordinator in high conflict cases.Gina and her husband live west of the Des Moines Metro area. In the community she is involved in the Dallas County Bar Association, Blackstone Inn of Court, and the Abigial Adams Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
