Attorney Davis Foster has been an attorney since 1981, and he was recently joined at Foster Law Office by his son Christopher Foster. I brought my immigration case to Attorney Chris Foster in 2014. His inept legal secretary did all the forms that I personally was expected to correct from typos to spelling the city my husband was born in incorrectly along with dozens of other mistakes after I already provided the correct information. My husband was seeking U.S. permanent residency as he is still in Germany TODAY after marrying in the United States in 2013. I had to call and schedule days ahead a 10 min "appointment" with Attorney Chris Foster just to force him to take and return phone calls. We made it to the very last step at the U.S. Consulate and the officer asked my husband for a set of legal documents I found out later Attorney Chris Foster should have prepared, and both my husband and I had nothing from Attorney Foster. We never got an explanation, no help preparing for the Consulate interview- he failed to show competency in immigration law. Beware.
