Attorney Lapointe has tried hundreds of cases in North Iowa and throughout the State of Iowa. Tim has practiced in over 35 counties in Iowa since 1990.

Recently, Attorney Timothy L. Lapointe has been primarily engaged in and placing an emphasis on his work in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Wrongful Death and Medical Malpractice case.

He is also committed to providing quality representation in the areas of Probate Law and Employment Law.
