Meet our partners
John Kennyhertz earned his Juris Doctorate at Washburn University School of Law. He advises clients on federal statutes and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau compliance issues.
Braden Perry earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Kansas School of Law. He is a former federal enforcement attorney and veteran in regulatory compliance and white collar defense. Mr. Perry consults with clients throughout the United States in areas of internal investigations, enforcement matters, regulatory issues and corporate transactions, including advising on mergers and acquisitions in highly complex regulatory structures. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and has a deep understanding and first-hand experience with BSA/AML, antitrust, securities, financial institutions, commodities, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other emerging compliance and enforcement issues.
