Hired Attorney A. Scott Waddell 2018-2019My case with Scott Waddell was against a car dealer that took our money and , well, nothing. Scott understood our situation, listened to us, and even though this was a very small case accepted it and treated it with all the attention of a large case. We discussed our situation of being retired and on a fixed income which could not support loosing the payment we made to the dealer but even worse more loss in an attempt to recover it. Scott understood where we were at and agreed in our situation, to take the case on contingency that our loss would be paid to us first before any other fees were deducted. Although I feel his fees was a bit on the top of the scale, he kept his word and took nothing from our part of the settlement, only took fees the court awarded to him. Scott kept us informed, took away the stress we were under and handled the case to resolve as quickly as the Messed up Court System we have would allow him to settle it He followed it clear to the end until final payment was made to us. We are very pleased with his service Scott was very friendly and attentive through out the complete Case . Scott was about the third Attorney I had spoken to and I have to say that one From Liberty made me not want to look further with his arrogance and rudeness. I did not get any of that feeling from Scott. He was always polite, friendly and down to earth.

Hired Law firm 2018-2019To keep it short, We visited Scott Waddell about a small case involving a Auto Dealer. He listened, understood our situation, Mainly not wanting to throw good money after bad. He understood we are a retired couple on a fixed budget and that the loss of this Payment to a car dealer was bad enough without throwing more after it. IN OUR CASE, he agreed to take it on contingency that our loss would be paid first before any fee's. Although I thought his fees a bit high, for the service he gave us and the peace of mind it was well worth it. None of his fees came from our part of the settlement, only what the court granted which was generous on his part . Scott was attentive to our request and concerns and made this process, (as complicated as the courts make a fairly simple case,) as simple for us as possible. It took time due to the Courts requirements and scheduling but in the end Scott did what he advised and settled our case. Compared to his other cases our case was just pocket change but I feel he gave us the Big Suite Attention. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good Consumer Attorney.
