Overview
For over 20 years, I have been actively working as an attorney in the family law area. I began my experience establishing and enforcing child support orders for the Department for Children and Families before moving to the Johnson County Court Trustee's Office to continue handling child support matters of enforcement, establishment as well as modifications. I then moved on to private practice to assist parties with all areas of domestic law including paternity, custody, and divorce. While in private practice, I realized how important it was in domestic case for parties to work together. I obtained certification as a mediator as well as a guardian ad litem. I continued my education to become a domestic case manager.
I strongly believe that every client should have the best representation possible and be aware of all the options to make informed decisions. Not every case needs a trial and some can be resolved amicably with the other party. I strive to ensure that if children are involved, their best interests are always considered. When representing a child's best interest, I take time to get to know each child in order to accurately advocate for what is in their best interest and provide guidance to parents on how to effectively coparent with each other.

Hired Attorney 2024-2025Hag hurts families. She values compensation over people, has terrible judgment, and uses lies manipulations and intimidation as her primary legal strategy. She should be ashamed and is a smudge on the ks legal community as a whole.

Hired Attorney 2019-2021Jennifer was at a different firm when we hired her - she thrives on conflict and does not use professional judgement rather does what she can to make as much money as possible. I would never trust her with my future, my children’s future or let her be involved in a case with anyone I care about. She’s arrogant and incompetent.

Hired Attorney 2020-2021Jennifer Hagg was my children's GAL. I should clarify however, that she spent very little time even speaking to my children in favor of spending her time in a constant state of indulging her confirmation bias against me. All this woman did was cause trauma to myself and my children. She lined her pockets, as she inflicted great harm upon my family.
