Hired Law firm 2020-2023Working with Michael Steidl and Casey Rouse was exceptionally well. Then the truth happened, Michael’s help started leaving, he was hard to contact, wouldn’t return phone calls and then looses my case, in the end they even failed to mail me the letter of the denial in time for me to even attempt to file an appeal! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LIKE! They had me submit a good review before just to cover the overnight shipping cost before, when that happened I should have known he’d be fishy! I don’t recommend them unless you want someone you constantly have to stay on!

Hired Law firm 2022-2023Michael Steidle and his staff will drop the ball! Screwed up on me by not even mailing documents to let me know i needed to file an appeal till it was after the deadline! After i had been calling for weeks ! LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT!

Hired Law firm 2017-2020I had a wreck, that totaled my car and caused personal injury to me. I inquired at several local law firms and none of the them would consider my case. I called Kentucky injury law center and Tim Stevens agreed to meet with me on a Saturday, which was his day off, from that day forward he treated me with respect and like I was friend he had known for years. My case was not easy, but Tim never gave up and worked hard on my behalf until a settlement was reached

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
