Consulted Attorney 2025I wrote a review and it vanished. So , this is one more time. I don't have a case with him because I am too poor. However, I have a case hovering intact in front of me suitable for the Nobel Peace Prize. I might eventually, unwisely, out of desperation, have to do it Pro se , because it MUST BE DONE - with only one comfort-- If you do it yourself, you don't have to say LOL"Thank you." I spoke to Andrew on the phone, by accident, only once. He was kind, and listened to me. (That alone is unheard of in this world). He had the voice of a mighty angel. He even told me what I should do! But as I hastily scrambled, knowing I was well advised, A'las, the deadline for that remedy had passed. I never damn anyone with "faint praise." So be sure that what I say is authentic. This "Andrew", even just in a moment, you can tell that he rates highest on any scale of stars you could create. Up North the highest, most rare, and unfailing praise of a person's worth is this: "He is all wool but the buttons." Then, down South, if you would access one like Andrew, you might hear, (once in a life time): "He is all wool, and a yard wide." I would not hesitate walking into D-Day, barefoot, with someone one like him. You might wonder, how could anyone sum up a person so gloriously, in so short a time? I can only say: "The Lord works in mysterious ways, His wonders to perform."

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
