Hired Law firm 2022-2023It was the WORST MISTAKE I MADE! Previously obviously had worked with Aaron Murphy himyself in a automobile accident settlement. He was awesome about 8 months ago. I had another injury accident. I was referred to his colleague JP ward instead became homeless so I could finish physical therapy numerous times. I ended up back on the streets. Because so much time was consumed into what my law office team instructed me to do. I couldn't do what I had to do for my life. I lost everything informed them numerous times months before. They made a demand that there was a lean on my settlement they ignored me. Until I send the papers for the release I spent 8 months hurt and injured and didn't get one cent outlaws everything they showed me and everything in every. Way as long as they get paid I was not what mattered I am devastated. My entire settlement was tabecause my lawyer failed to show the proof did not owe the state child support department the money to look into my allegations for months. Before it happened. Yes and they ruined my wife. I'd rather die in a car to didn't ever ever ever hire than again. Murphy and pal destroyed me and my fiance's life. They sent me to a unlicensed doctor for therapy. 3 weeks of sessions took up over $10000 with no pain management. They stole my entire life in my entire lawsuit. This is not the end I am not going to rest until they pay me

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
