Mr. Forman is the founder of Forman & Associates Accident Injury Lawyers in Louisville, Kentucky, where he focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury law. He represents people hurt in car crashes, truck wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, dog bites, dram shop (liquor liability) cases, farm and agricultural equipment accidents and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, as well as families pursuing traumatic brain injury and wrongful death claims across Kentucky.
Before focusing exclusively on personal injury, he spent 13 years as a trial lawyer. Cross-examining police officers and experts, and taking apart crash reports, toxicology and video evidence, are the same skills an injury case needs. He prepares every case as if it may go to trial.
Mr. Forman is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky. Outside the courtroom, he judges mock trial and appellate argument competitions, and his YouTube channel on courtroom strategy and legal analysis has more than 500 million views.
