Valenti Hanley PLLC, based in Louisville, Kentucky, provides effective, results-oriented legal representation to businesses and individuals alike. Our practice areas include bankruptcy and creditors' rights, business law, litigation, securities law and litigation, cannabis regulatory compliance, estate planning and administration, financial and municipal law, intellectual property representation, personal injury and products liability and public agencies and governmental affairs.

Louisville serves as our main office, home to attorneys who began their careers at large, well-established regional firms. Many of us have since worked in government, in-house corporate legal departments and trust companies, which allows us to approach every matter with a practical, commercially informed perspective. Our advocacy has produced notable courtroom outcomes, including a $30 million jury verdict in favor of a former CFO against whom more than $30 million in damages was sought and a $5 million jury verdict for a national religious organization sued by a former employee seeking over $5 million.

Branch offices in Boulder, Colorado, and Treasure Island, Florida, enable us to represent clients nationwide, particularly in complex securities and investor fraud matters.
