If you are having debt problems, you should talk to an experienced bankruptcy lawyer to review your options. I started my law firm in 1991 and have been practicing bankruptcy law since 1986. I love talking to folks and solving their problems.

Anytime you are stressed, it helps to review your options with a professional and prepare a plan. The stress will not go away unless you know what your future looks like. When you meet with me, I will start by listening to your story, fears, and concerns. After we fully discuss your problems, we will review your options. Generally, the options are a Chapter 7 straight bankruptcy, a Chapter 13 consolidation bankruptcy, or not filing a bankruptcy case. I estimate that in about 20% of my meetings, I show people how or why to avoid filing bankruptcy. I will explain Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 and how those options would work or not work in your personal situation.
