Consulted Law firm 2026My experience swith Attorney Dale Glover was awful, this was a substitute for my attorney who was unable to make a court date on February 5, 2026, my attorney asked Dale Glover to accommodate me, Mr. Dale Glover never introduced himself to me or advised me of anything before I was to appear before the Judge on a very serious matter, furthermore, when it was my time to appear before the Judge, an unknown voice called out my name to come forward, I assumed it was Mr. Glover, and it was, when I stood beside him he never introduced himself or never said hello, it seemed as if he was emotionally detached and I felt a sense of uneasiness standing with him in front the Judge with Mr. Glover, after the Judge finished speaking and preceded to ask me a question, Mr. Glover interrupted abruptly and handled me with disdain and disrespect and humiliated me in front of the judge, and in front of the whole courtroom, to the point where the people sitting in the court room reacted and was surprised at how he had spoken to me, after that, he spoke to me again very firmly and told me to walk out of the Court room, he kept saying let’s walk, by this time I was very confused and not understanding. what he was trying to do, I was trying to ask Mr. Glover did I need any court papers, he just kept telling me to walk. It is my belief that all clients should be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, I have never been so embarrassed in my life, and I have never dealt with such an insensitive attorney, especially after dealing with a very serious court battle In which God blessed me to be victorious, I would not recommend Mr. Glover to anyone, until he learns how to present himself as a professional, and until he learned to respect all clients that he is representing in the court of law. I really appreciate the apology from my attorney in behalf of Mr. Glover..

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
