Hired Attorney 2014Unethical and unprofessional. Kristyl made threats to physically assault me by throwing her phone at me when I was asking her to clarify questions in my case. She also made vulgar sexual comments about men she wanted to have sex with in the court house while she was married. She told me that my ex would never get 50-50 custody according to the law and apparently she does not know the law because he did indeed get 50-50 custody of which he does not even take. She also told me to get evidence proof that his then girlfriend who was sleeping over at his house and in the bed with my still breast-feeding son would help me get more custody. Once I supplied the proof she was unable to follow through with her word on getting me more custody due to her inability to know and understand law. She is now breaking confidentiality and telling her friends my name and about my case. She is making accusations of me lying and making threats to get me with slander for speaking the truth. You would think an attorney understands the concept of slander but she is just a bully trying to silence those who speak the truth about her. Awful “attorney” . completely unethical and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend her to anyone! She will take her time on the case and do everything she can in order to keep the case going so that she can continue to get paid.
