My brothers son must remove totally from the will for the hate and neglect for his daddy involves accusations he was not very good at presenting my case of executive of the wheel. The judge didn’t recognize my true copy my Brother‘s original was missing from his home they you said, my brother tore the original, which was not so him and his son was not close his son didn’t even help his day when his day flooded with the big storm. I was home my brother’s paperwork for his hospital care I was on his paperwork for Fema and he named me as executor of the will cause his dead man’s life witches to watch Mr. Al in court I was totally surprised how inknowledgeable he was according to a will I lost I would not recommend their service for anything

Hired Attorney 2023This attorney was hired by a family member, to complete our family succession. This attorney is not professional. He makes excuses, due to his incompetence in completing what he promised. His work ethic is nonexistent, his was paid $500 to submit a list of Living Heirs to amend th family's succession, and 3 months has passed. I would not recommend him, and if he is having so many personal issues, he should consider retirement.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
