Child dog bite is one of the firm's signature practice areas, treated as distinct from general dog bite litigation. Jason was bitten by a dog as a child; the firm treats child dog bite cases with that firsthand understanding of trauma, scarring, and long-term recovery, and builds them around Maryland's statutory presumption of liability and the tolled statute of limitations for minors.
