Hired Law firm 2005-2020This lawyer lacks integrity. Perhaps their business is failing due to COVID-19 and they are desperate for funds. My wages were just garnished for 1500+ dollars From charges over 15 years ago and a court date over 15 years ago. I don’t recall getting anything for court but then again 15 years ago I was extremely sick so it is possible I missed something. If this lawyer had called me I would’ve made arrangements with him to avoid being attacked and harassed in the workplace. However I was not contacted and if this lawyer had ever contacted me it was over 15 years ago. Not one time since! When my employer showed me the court documents I am mediately called the lawyer to find out what this was for. Legally he may have the right to show up 15 years later tack on three times the original charge and go harass someone in the workplace. Ethically this man has absolutely no integrity as a human being and certainly not as a man. If his business is suffering any short on funds I suggest he look for ways to earn a living without harassing women in the workplace. Speaking to this man on the phone was extremely hard for me to even believe he is a lawyer. He laughed at me told me there’s nothing I can do about it that what he’s doing is legal (we all know legal isn’t right) he literally sounded like some drunk dude at the end of the bar. Not only wasn’t he compassionate or ethical he wasn’t professional. This is the type of individual that gives lawyers a bad name.
