Hired Attorney 2014I hired Mr Millman for an employment related lawsuit. I paid him all the money I had left in my account. I was going through a very difficult time in my life and I needed an attorney with compassion who would fight to get me a good result. We came to a very simple verbal agreement during the initial consultation. Just weeks after giving him all my money to retain him, he wanted to go back on this agreement. When I tried to hold him to his word, he withdrew from my case and kept my money. I was not even given a chance to explain my side of the story to the judge so he could have told the judge absolutely anything. During the short time he represented me, he acted like he didn't have time for me, lost his temper with me and would throw a tantrum if I was not able to answer his calls immediately. To this day if I look for attorneys for legal help, Mr Millman slanders me to other attorneys so they will not represent me. After he withdrew from my case, I had to take out a loan to hire another attorney. My new attorney cared about human beings and did what attorneys are supposed to do.. Help people's lives to improve, not get worse. I finally got the result I deserved. Mr Millman thinks if he accuses me of being "disgruntled", it negates all the wrong he did to me. DO NOT HIRE HIM. There are ethical, honest, caring attorneys out there. Mr Millman is Not one of them. I would be glad to discuss the situation further in private if anyone is thinking about retaining him.
