His experience with the specific court and my type of claim was evident from the start. Mike was patient with my many, many questions, and always made himself available..of course he had to be in court, but even on those days, he got back to me. His cohorts were also as helpful as they could be (no small comfort zone thing). My case had the best outcome which could happen. In the above and beyond the call of duty range, Mike followed up on a relatively miniscule expense claim ($400) which he did not profit from, months after my case was settled. He was fastidious about this detail and had filed a claim. I had almost forgotten about it when his office called me to find out if I had been compensated.
